As soon as I saw the Fitness Zone Serusop photos I was tagged on by my good friend Diviy, I told myself that I should take a sneak peek and experience the new branch of Fitness Zone personally. Good thing, Body Combat trial class was scheduled at the site on Saturday (4-Dec-2010), so I headed straight there after work ;*).

The very minute I arrived there, me and my little pink camera went on a tour around this new playground ;*). Here are the pics, guys... WELCOME TO FITNESS ZONE SERUSOP!


FIRST FLOOR:
Main Entrance glass door with stairway... it's kind of Wu Chun wants everyone to start their workout as soon as they enter the gym because this new fitness hub is structured with three floors, lols!

Kinesis System... Fitness training system (utilized by other international clubs as well) that Fitness Zone included in their club. Kinesis System is ideal for circuit training; plus, you can enjoy over a hundred movements and exercises with it.

Women's Changing Room... Hahaha, I really took pictures of it as well. I like the big mirrors in it and the lockers! And those blue stuff, they're locker keys -- and I call them "jelly keys" ;*).
