Fitness Zone Health Club Brunei reiterated its commitment towards encouraging members of the public, young and old, to be involved in health-conscious activities with the re-launch of the internationally certified Les Mills Program this week, which started on Monday.

Furthermore, there is a valid reason behind the facilitation of the training sessions provided by the gym, such as Body Combat (Track 50) celebrating the anniversary of the popular training class, Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Balance, Body Vive, Body Attack, Body Step and RPM. Fitness Zone believes in the aspect of health awareness collectively among the community and to get everyone to learn and appreciate the fitness on more than being healthy. One can also realise its incentives if one recognises how fitness can build an important part of their lifestyle.

One of the activities in the Les Mills Programme, Body Combat, which was held yesterday at the multi-purpose hall which can accommodate up to 250 people, was a fair example of what the health club was trying to achieve with individuals young and old getting into the groove, using every part of their body strength.

The philosophy behind Fitness Zone approach stemmed from its commitment to share with individuals the vast knowledge of training, understanding the physical demands and exertions and the wide spectrum of fitness and exercise that goes beyond lifestyle benefits.

"It is not only open to youths but it is also available to senior citizens," said one of the dedicated team members at the Fitness Zone Health Club.

Wu Chun, Managing Director of Fitness Zone is also committed in the development of club members and that "he would re-invest in staff trainings, upgrade our services and buy equipment so our facilities and services will keep on improving".

There are a variety of training sessions catered for specific individuals all week round conducted by its highly qualified instructors.
