During the month of Ramadhan, it's very difficult for Bruneians to keep themselves away from the many festive Sungkai buffets offered throughout the month. Interestingly enough, most will end up gaining weight by Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

This has prompted Fitness Zone to focus on guiding the fasting crowds towards a better and healthier body to prepare themselves for the upcoming Hari Raya festival.

Those who wish to keep fit are welcome to train at Fitness Zone, which has long operation hours starting from 6am-11pm, closing only on Brunei's National Day and His Majesty's birthday.

During the month of Ramadhan, Fitness Zone's certified coaches have come up with two different programmes, the 'Puasa Makeover' programme and the 'I Lost It' programme.

Both are specially designed for people who are fasting.

On top of that, Fitness Zone's certified nutritionist and dieticians also educate their members on a proper diet during the fasting month to help them achieve their fitness goals, as well as keeping strong and energetic throughout the day.
