Les Mills Mega Launch. This was held at the Fitness Zone Kiulap branch. They had new classes with new moves and grooves. There were a few familiar faces that were present. They had activities such as swimming, rockclimbing session, body jam and whole lot more. I didn’t stay for that long but it would be nice if I had work-out as well.
