FITNESS ZONE held the launching of their new Les Mills Group Fitness Programmes for the first quarter of 2011 with a bang at their Kiulap branch yesterday.

Over 60 people participated in the launching of the popular classes, which was a marathon four hours of high energy movement.

The fitness programmes are world class pre-choreographed classes refreshed quarterly, and have been proven popular with gym fanatics in Brunei.

Not only are the classes high intensity and make you feel the burn, but for many who enjoy the different programs at Fitness Zone, they agree that they are addictive, and places for the limited classes which are released fifteen minutes before the start of each class get booked quite quickly.

The passion and demand for the classes gave Fitness Zone the impetus to not only sponsor their own instructors to train in the Les Mills programmes overseas, but to also sponsor locals who showed great enthusiasm to become a certified instructor.

According to a press release from Fitness Zone, the club also invited a Master Trainer from New Zealand to further train their instructors and have plans to do so again in the future.

"The response to the classes is very good, and I am happy that we could train locals as well. This shows our commitment to encouraging fitness in Brunei," said Fitness Zone owner Wu Chun.

Currently, you can enjoy the great fitness classes while donating to charity as for a donation of BND3, you can book you place in a Les Mills class in advance, and the donations benefit the Pusat Ehsan.

Among the classes available at Fitness Zone are BodyAttack, BodyJam, BodyPump, BodyBalance and RPM, a high energy spinning class that guarantees that you will feel the burn on the bike.

"We want to inspire Bruneians to the world of fitness and we will continue to do our best and educate bruneians about leading a healthier lifestyle and we are glad that the Ministry of Health is supporting us in many ways," he further said.
