FITNESS Zone in Kiulap is currently undergoing an expansion, with the company announcing that the scheduled renovation will be completed "sometime this year".
The popular fitness centre is adding another 5,000 square feet to their existing 25,000-square feet facility, which will make it one of the biggest health and fitness centres in the nation.
According to Fitness Zone Managing Director Wu Chun, "Being in the fitness industry for more than nine years, we have learned a lot, especially from our members who give us comments and suggestions to improve. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing, and we believe this expansion is going to be an exciting adventure for Fitness Zone and our members."
The expansion will include two additional group exercise studios, a comfortable lounge area for members to relax and unwind, a kids zone, health bar, boxing and martial arts training zone and more state-of-the-art cardio and fitness equipment.
Fitness Zone has been working closely with the Ministry of Health, private corporations and schools in promoting the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
"In compliance with His Majesty's titah, we (Fitness Zone) want Bruneians to know that it is never too late to start a healthy lifestyle, and it is one of Fitness Zone's missions to transform Brunei into a healthier nation," he added.
In addition to that, Fitness Zone recently sent their staff to FILEX Sydney, the biggest health and fitness convention in the Asia-Pacific region, where they attended educational workshops led by inspiring speakers and met with top individuals from the industry.
