The partnership between the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Brunei's Fitness Zone has yielded results in helping more than 240 people shed an average of 10kg last year and raise the awareness on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Yesterday a fresh new batch of 25 participants of the Healthy Lifestyle Clinic arrived at Fitness Zone Serusop Branch to take part in a 'no sweat, no gain' exercise routine.

Wu chun, locally born international actor and singer, will be raleasing a book on his personal experience from an unknown basketball player in Brunei to a rising star in the Asia's entertainment industry.

The first book to be written by Wu Chun personally was revealed during an interview session on Sunday at the Charity drive event for the Survivor of the Sendong Typhoon in Philippines.

Bandar Seri Begawan - On behalf of the Philippines government, Nestor Z Ochoa, the Philippines Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam expressed his gratitude to the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for establishing the Humanitarian Fund for the Victims of Typhoon Sendong or Washi in the Philippines.

The Philippines Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam was speaking at the Les Mills Charity Marathon event yesterday held at the National Hockey Field to raise fund for the survivors of the Sendong Typhoon tragedy in the Philippines.

International artiste Wu Chun is inviting the public to meet him and "sweat for a good cause" on Sunday, Jan 29, in a two-hour aerobics marathon, from 7am to 9am at the Hockey Stadium in Berakas.

"This charity programme is supported by the Embassy of the Philippines in Brunei, for the people of Mindanao, that was recently hit by a strong typhoon 'Sendong', killing hundreds and damaging infrastructure, agriculture and businesses," said Goh Kiat Chun (Wu Chun), Managing Director of Fitness Zone Brunei.
